Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery: PKR 500
Free Delivery: Available on all orders of PKR 2,500 or more

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Simply place your order and pay in cash when your parcel arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required unless the order is personalised.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will try to reach you to reschedule.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via the contact details provided at checkout. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
