Refund policy

1. Our Promise

We aim to ensure that every product you receive reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and craftsmanship. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — in a fair and transparent manner as it’s all hand made for your baby.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if your item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Tags, packaging, and inserts are intact

  • The product is not customized or on final sale

  • The product has no stains, odors, or damage

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed, or altered, including, cushions, or fabric products that come into direct contact with the skin.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized designs (e.g., embroidered, monogrammed)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned without original packaging or beyond the 14-day window

  • Items damaged by improper use, washing, or storage

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mymayelu@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement at no additional cost

  • A store credit equal to the item’s value

  • A full refund, including the original shipping fee (if applicable)

Note: Slight variations in color, texture, or weave are normal in fabric goods and may occur due to lighting or screen differences. These do not qualify as defects.


5. Return Process

  1. Contact us at mymayelu@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a Return Authorization Number along with shipping details.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
     
  4. Ship the product to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Within Pakistan: Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect).

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and customs fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved: 

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds exclude the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We offer like-for-like exchanges (same product in a different size or color), subject to stock availability. All exchanges must follow the same return process.


8. International Orders

We happily ship worldwide from Pakistan. However:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping costs.

  • Refunds for international orders will be processed only after the returned item clears Pakistani customs and passes quality inspection.

  • Any duties or import fees paid at delivery are non-refundable.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your payment gateway (e.g., PayPal, Visa, MasterCard).
